1. Agreement to Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using ZeroMsg, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Account Security & API Credentials
You must secure your account credentials and Meta/WhatsApp API access tokens. You are entirely responsible for all activities and messaging campaigns conducted under your credentials.
3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance & Anti-Spam
You must strictly comply with Meta's Developer Policies, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and the WhatsApp Business Policy. Sending unsolicited bulk messages (Spam) is strictly prohibited. You must maintain verifiable proof of opt-in consent for all contacts.
4. Opt-Out Mechanism Requirements
You must provide clear and easy-to-use opt-out mechanisms (e.g., offering buttons or instructions to reply with 'STOP') in all broadcast templates and automated chatbot messages sent via ZeroMsg.
5. Limitation of Liability for Account Suspensions
Meta reserves the right to suspend or ban WhatsApp phone numbers or Business Accounts that violate their policies. ZeroMsg has no control over Meta's enforcement actions and will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from account blocks.
6. Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions
Fees are billed periodically according to the selected subscription plan. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refund eligibility is governed by our refund policies.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroMsg and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these terms or Meta/WhatsApp policy requirements.
8. Governing Law & Amendments
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will provide notice of material changes.
