ZeroMsg Cloud is fully managed by us on high-availability cloud infrastructure, ready to use immediately with a simple monthly subscription. ZeroMsg Self-Hosted is free and open-source, allowing you to deploy the dashboard on your own server (VPS) for complete privacy and data ownership.
How does the Notify plan work?
On the Notify plan, you don't need a Meta developer account or your own WhatsApp number. You send transactional messages (like OTPs, order updates, and appointment reminders) directly through our verified platform phone number, paying only a small fee per message sent.
What are the limitations of the Notify plan?
The Notify plan is strictly for transactional notifications (OTPs, confirmations, reminders) using pre-approved templates. You cannot run bulk marketing campaigns, receive free-text chat replies from customers, or configure custom templates.
How does the Professional plan compare?
With the Professional plan, you connect your own Meta Business account and phone number. This unlocks all advanced platform features: shared customer chat inbox, visual chatbot builders, unlimited marketing campaigns, and custom templates, without paying us any markup on message costs.
Are there any message markup fees on the Professional or Self-Hosted versions?
No. ZeroMsg never charges markups on messages for the Professional or Self-Hosted editions. You connect directly to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, paying only Meta's official charges directly with no extra fees.
What do I need to connect my own WhatsApp Cloud API?
You will need a free Meta Developer Account, a Meta Business Portfolio (for live numbers), and a verified phone number that is not currently registered to a standard WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app.
